The Everyone Deserves a Doula

This is my most basic and standard package, in line with most birth doula’s scope of practice. Except I do two postpartum visits, whereas most doulas in the area only provide one. Call, text or email me during normal daily hours. Meet up at a time and place convenient for the prenatal visits. On call from 37-42 weeks. Please see my contract for specific responsibilities.

Ok so all the things PLUS I come to our 3rd postpartum visit with 3, and I mean three, prepared meals of your liking. Nourishment is a super important and undervalued aspect of the postpartum period. The perfect package for those that do not have family or friends close by or for that growing family of mouths to feed.

The Not Your Mama’s Doula

Stepping up our postpartum game, this package is designed to support your new family in the days and weeks after delivery. This includes postpartum visits based on an hourly and on-call basis in the weeks proceeding birth. You can mix and match and call it what you like it. This type of support can be helpful for newbies or folks anticipating challenges before, during and after delivery. Again, please see my contract for specifics.
